Trend Report: The hottest gray and silver nail colors

Nails looking a little bare lately? Take a cue from Rag & Bone’s Fall 2010 show and go gray.

Gray and silver is the latest trend in nail color, and while it may sound a bit odd, gray is one of the most versatile hues. Black leggings and a leather jacket look chic with dove gray nails, and a flippy floral dress goes edgy when paired with some serious tips. Gray and silver polish can be harder to find among your average pinks and reds, but the selection has grown as the trend for gunmetal catches on. Our favorites:

-Sephora Metallic Nail Polish gives off an elegant shimmer without tacky sparkle. Pick between the darker smoky Gothik or Rock, a lighter pewter silver ($5).
