Sleep is known as the cousin of death to many of us constantly on the go. It just seems as if there aren’t enough hours in the day to get our daily tasks complete, like school, work, other major responsibilities, and of course personal-time.
The average college student probably gets less than eight hours of sleep. It’s a life-style that many are content with, but it is actually detrimental to your health. Did you know that not getting enough sleep causes weight-gain, mood swings, memory problems, and affects your judgment? There are many ways to help you build a routine to help you get a good night’s rest to be able to function the next day.
