Latest Campus Trend: The boyfriend blazer is proving to be an obvious fall staple on my campus. In addition to the boyfriend jeans and black patent oxford shoe. A good pair of Chuck Taylor's is always in style here, as well as a comfy over sized sweatshirt and a pair of black leggings. Grunge chic, as I like to call it. Finally, you'll find that most girls complete their outfits with a headband, whether its braided, sequined,or detailed with bows feathers or flowers.

Campus Vibe: Lots of fashion, lots of school spirit, and lots of lifelong memories in the making.

Weirdest School Tradition: The Dome Stomp: Our stadium "The Carrier Dome" has columns surrounding the outside. If you stand in one of the columns and jump, you'll hear a familiar sound from the vibration. It's the sound from the light sabers used in Star Wars. The sound editor of the movie attended high school in Syracuse, and used the noise as his inspiration.

Favorite College Hotspot: This may sound odd, but the place to be on a Sunday night at SU is Bird Library. The first floor is a complete social scene as everyone gossips about their weekends and catches up on the studying they didn't do over the weekend. Apart from Bird, my favorite place is Harry's Bar, sports during the day and a dance floor at night.

Best Thing About Being Here: It's the complete college experience. Beautiful campus, Division I sports, lots of school pride, great campus bars, typical frat parties, and a faculty of educated and experienced professors. Finally it's a huge international school, so you not only get to meet people from all around the country, but from all over the world!

How I Show School Spirit: As most students at SU say, I "bleed" orange. Getting ready for a SU sports game is half the fun, and I always try to let my style show through. I recently cut up and refashioned one of my SU football t-shirts into a shredded tank top with studs on the bottom.
